Ingredients:
50g frozen berries
200ml of rice milk
1 Banana
1 Tbsp oatmeal
Method:
Place a small chopped banana in a blender with 50g frozen berries, 1 tbsp fine oatmeal and 200ml rice milk and whizz together.
